Elixir Art Hotel Dining
Evenings at Elixir Art offer you a dining experience like no other. Of course, there is the superb setting on the decks, overlooking the ultramarine, moon-flecked sea and the Greek islands beyond. But how about dining on your own private floating raft, bobbing gently on the sea itself ?

It's impossibly romantic, with the reflection of your candelit table rippling on the wavelets, and only each other for intense, intimate company. Everything you need is close by on your service table; your waiters will simply potter out in a dinghy with each new course. This is a dinner invitation guaranteed to float anybody's boat.

Almost incidentally, the food at Elixir Art is renowned for its quality and variety. You have an à la carte choice of Mediterranean classics, always with a fresh Turkish twist, all served by our discreetly attentive team. If you are honeymooning, or celebrating a birthday or anniversary, then we invite you to enjoy a three course dinner from the " chef's gourmet recommendations" for the evening, with our compliments.

Then, of course, there is our fabled breakfast :

Taste the breakfast that is the toast of Taste

Better still, you can experience the breakfast that meets the most demanding of tastes: Taste Magazine. Editor Nikki Benatar loved her stay at Elixir Art and declared breakfast there to be one of the Top 10 reasons to visit Turkey:

"Splendidly isolated at the finger-like tip of the Datca peninsula, Elixir Art is a heavenly hideaway that's all about discretion, seclusion and low-key languor. Each of its 15 rooms opens onto a bougainvillea-framed teak deck, a stone's throw from the water's edge. (As we were whizzed, 007-style, in a white speedboat, from Bozburun's marina to the hotel's jetty a three-minute ride away, the following thought - I'm semi-embarrased to admit - occured to me: "This would be the ideal hidey-hole for Brangelina to escape the paparazzi." That's how off the beaten track it is!)

"Typically our days would begin with a sumptuous breakfast on the jetty comprising a savoury or sweet yoghurt, cheeses, pickles and olives, home made jams, honey, an egg dish, a macedoine of fruits, and, of course coffee. Nature's soundtrack of birdsong and jumping fish and the sweet scent of jasmine completed this postcard-perfect scene...”

We think she was impressed - and we think you will be too. So, if you want to escape your own hordes of paparazzi, call us now to book your stay.
